Non-physical guidance and accompaniment

  • Help entering/exiting the home and vehicle

  • Chaperon into destination (office, residence)

  • Optional wait-and-return (short duration)

‍ Ideal for routine appointments, errands, and maintaining independence with light support.

Fixed fee per hour as above plus $10 per additional 15 minute period plus $0.85 per km. A deposit of $65.00 is required at booking.

‍ ‍Transportation plus active appointment and errand for independently mobile adults.

‍ This is where we clearly differentiate from competitors. Our Enhanced Service builds on transportation by providing continuous companionship and practical assistance during the outing.‍ Includes everything in Essential, plus:

‍ ‍Companion remains with client during appointments

  • Assistance with check-in, paperwork, and communication

  • Support during errands (pharmacy, hairstylist, groceries, banking)

  • Extended wait-and-return

‍ Ideal for complex errands, or clients who benefit from an extra-set of capable hands and ears.

‍ Fixed fee per hour as above plus $10 per additional 15 minute period plus $0.85 per km. A deposit of $85.00 is required at booking.

‍ Includes everything in Enhanced, plus:‍ ‍

  • Dedicated or preferred companions for continuity

  • Proactive scheduling and calendar management

  • Social outings and companionship visits

  • Priority booking and flexible availability

‍ ‍Ideal for clients and families seeking ongoing, trusted accompaniment and peace of mind, not just transportation.‍ Fixed fee per hour as above plus $10 per additional 15 minute period plus $0.85 per km. A deposit of $95.00 is required at booking.
