Paula, the owner and operator of CareCircle Concierge, brings over two decades of frontline experience in high-responsibility public service roles, including extensive work in complex environments requiring judgement, discretion, as well as several years in a national law enforcement capacity focused on safety, accountability, and public trust. She has a current and clear Ottawa Police Services LEVEL 3-VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK.

This background translates directly into the calm, reliable, and attentive support she provides to clients and their families.

What We Do

CareCircle Concierge provides pre-scheduled non-medical companion transportation and concierge services for independently mobile adults in the Ottawa area.

We provide companion-assisted transportation to appointments, errands, social outings, and day-to-day activities while providing friendly companionship and dependable service throughout the outing. Our services are provided on three different platforms.

What We Do Not Do

CareCircle Concierge does not provide healthcare, nursing, PSW services, medical supervision, medication administration, lifting, transfer assistance, wheelchair transportation, or emergency transportation services.

Who We Help

Our clients must be independently mobile adults, capable of entering and exiting vehicles without physical assistance.
